1.1 Scope of Services

we368 provides the following services:

2.1 Registration Requirements

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Access from certain regions or countries may be restricted. Using a VPN or proxy to bypass these restrictions is considered a violation of the Terms.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits through a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Normal withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until bonus wagering requirements are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined.
• Current wagering multiplier: 10x the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per person / household / device / IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn directly.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through a live dealer. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, we reserve the right to refund the bet amount for that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game. We may change these limits at any time.

• Team names and league information are for reference only — we do not guarantee any specific match or outcome.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is final. In the event of any conflict in a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
